Whether you drop your computer off at one of our locations, or ship the computer to us, you'll get fast-response, excellent communication, and affordable prices. We offer a full range of IT services ranging from PC repair to full-blown enterprise network engineering. Our standard shop and on-site labor rates include PC repair, printer repair, and basic networking. For Enterprise Networking, Server, Unified Communications, IP Video Surveillance and other high-tech solutions, the IT Solutions labor rates typically apply. Option 1—Windows Reload - $50 With this option, we will:
Option 2—Backup, Reload, Restore - $100 This option includes all of the steps above. The difference is that Option 2 includes a backup and restoration of the important data on your computer. We will store an “image” of your virus-infected hard drive for 30 days. That way if you get your computer home and realize that there are important files that you forgot to have us restore, we can still recover them for you. NOTE: Only files can be backed up and restored using this process. Software will have to be reinstalled from the original CD’s. Option 3—Virus extraction - $50/hour If there’s a reason why your computer cannot be formatted and reinstalled, we can attempt a removal of the viruses and a Windows repair. With modern viruses, it is impossible to predict the amount of time it will take to remove them, or the amount of damage to the operating system and files that has occurred. |
